The Spa City Co-op market is now open for ordering at spacity.locallygrown.net. Please place your orders before Tuesday at 9 pm, and plan to pick up your orders at Emergent Arts on Friday November 13th from 3:30 – 5:30, the earlier the better.
Don’t forget – this market has no paid positions, so we NEED VOLUNTEERS to run every market. It’s fun, you get a $5 gift card, and you learn so much about local foods in Arkansas.

Spa City Co-op takes to the airwaves
Happy Halloween Everybody,
Just a note to let you know that Spa City Co-op is sponsoring a radio show of live local music on the new solar-powered community FM station, KUHS 97.9 FM. The show is called Loca Locavorians, and is aired at 4 pm on Wednesday afternoons. The show features local talent – music, poetry, and storytelling – in live studio performances.
This is in fulfillment of our community outreach mission. The show brings local entertainment and information to those who don’t go out to bars and other venues, and possibly missing these great performers. We hope you enjoy the show.
Also a reminder – don’t forget to pick up your order today at Emergent Arts. Come before 5 if at all possible so our fabulous volunteers don’t have such a long day.

The market is open for ordering until 9 pm Tuesday.
Mountain Meadows Farm will not have products available for this market but will be back for the November 13th market. Please check the products from our other meat vendors. Some are new to our market and reviews from members who have tried these products have been thumbs up.
There will only be one market in November, the 13th as the next one would have been on the day after Thanksgiving.
Pickup will be Friday October 30th at Emergent Arts between 3:30 and 5:30, earlier in that period if at all possible.
