Paleo Pizza Crust

If you have a sensitivity to gluten and all the high-glycemic “gluten-free” products out there, just finding a good pizza to eat can be a pain. Thankfully, you can make your own delicious grain-free pizza at home (and spare the pizza delivery guy some trouble).

Serves: makes four servings


Ingredients
2 eggs 2 eggs, beaten      View Available Products
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add water as needed to form dough.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with olive oil. Then spread dough on the baking sheet, making it about 1/4" thick crust.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 F.
  4. Remove crust from oven and add your favorite toppings. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for another 20 - 30 minutes.
  5. Eat!
