<p>This is our oyster mushroom growing house. It has 2 layers of poly (one white and one clear) with an air layer between the 2 layers. They we have a blue thin tarp on the ceiling for summer time. We have utilized the tables we use for the spices to our advantage. This enables us to cover the tables with thin blue tarps also. Mushrooms love the blue light spectrum so we have added blue light bulbs in this house.</p>
