“Dry Aged”

Only 2% of the beef processed in the US is Dry Aged. During this process the carcass loses about 30% of its weight, mostly water. So you are not paying for water. Go to our website to read about Dry Aging.

Our Pork

Our hogs are “All Natural” and are “Free Range”. There are no antibiotics, steroids or hormones in their feed. They receive an all-vegetarian diet and are provided shelter from the elements. Except for the bacon and the sausage, there are no preservatives used in the processing. We do not use saline infusion in our processing.
The hogs are a cross between Hampshire, Chester White and Landrace. We believe we get the best attributes of each breed in our final product.
