We have usda Dexter beef, usda Large Black hog pork and will have usda St Croix lamb meat available. Our animals are raised on our farms pastures. No antibiotics or growth hormones. The beef and lamb are completely grass feed and pigs are fed crushed corn from local feed mill and are also pasture raised.
